From the very first day, they were incredibly welcoming, pleasant, and professional.
What I appreciated most was how expedient and efficient they were. They didn’t waste any time, and they didn’t pester me with unnecessary phone calls. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing from the moment they initiated the case and had all the information they needed to get the job done right. Contact was minimal, which I loved—if they didn’t need me, they didn’t call, but whenever I reached out with a question, they were always there to help.
