Biography
Amity L. Arscott is the managing partner of Embry Neusner & Arscott, LLC. She leads the firm’s occupational disease and toxic torts department. She has tried dozens of occupational lung disease and cancer cases to conclusion before the United States Department of Labor and the State of Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Amity graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School, with honors, in 2005. She was born and raised in Groton. Amity is fluent in Spanish and has lectured on topics of workers’ compensation, ethics, and privacy on behalf of the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group and the Connecticut Bar Association.
