Lisa Carpenter

Lisa Carpenter is the Director of Operations at Embry Neusner Arscott & Shafner, LLC. As Director of Operations, Lisa oversees the administrative aspects of the Firm. She is involved in day-to-day operations as well as large and long-term projects including firm growth. Lisa specializes in law firm development and is experienced in building infrastructure to support long range firm initiatives.

Lisa’s prior experience includes positions in operations at the worldwide law firms based in Kansas City of Shook, Hardy & Bacon, and Littler Mendelson where she honed her skills in operations. Upon returning to the New England area, she accepted the position of Executive Director at the regional firm of Bacon Wilson in Springfield, Massachusetts.
