Biography

Attorney Brendan McPherson graduated from Bennington College with a BA in Liberal Arts, majoring in Political Science and French. He went on to attend law school at the University of Connecticut School of Law, graduating in 2020. During law school, Brendan was secretary of the law school’s chapter of the American Constitution Society. He also interned at the Civil Rights Division of the US Attorney’s Office and at a Fortune 500 environmental services company.

Prior to joining the firm, Brendan practiced criminal law and postconviction litigation. Brendan joined Embry Neusner Arscott & Shafner in December 2023, handling workers' compensation cases under both Connecticut state law as well as the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.
